Commissions and Alterations

If you see an item you would like to purchase or would need an alteration to a product, please email me (with specific details as below) at the following address- charlottefrears@gmail.com

• Specific changes
• For some alterations a fee may be charged

Returns, Damages and Repairs

Currently I will not accept returns, however:

If an item is broken upon arrival I am willing to refund, however photographic evidence of breakage will be required, with packaging.

If an item breaks after a week of arrival, I will offer a repair service and £1 per item, plus postage.
