After only just been launched yesterday, we've had so much interest. We had over 500 views on the page in the first 12 hours and the views are continuing to increase today. It's incredible and something I never expected so early. Thank you all for coming and having a browse, and I hope there's something that you'd like to buy. Go on, treat yourself ;)
Today I worked my first 'proper' shift for this venture. From 10-4 everyday I'll be working, on either researching new designs and methods of making, on actually doing the work and making the products. I've made several bracelets and earrings today, the earrings as part of a new range that I'm working on and will be launched shortly!

I've also spent a fair bit of today looking up new products I can make. Something I've been interested in for quite a while is the making of soaps, bath bombs and candles, so I have spent a lot of time researching not just the equipment needed and the methods, but also the legalities of it. As a line this is going to take some time to get up on the site because I need to get the making of it approved, but I definitely hope to be able to do this soon. I'll be trying out different recipes and techniques over the winter and, hopefully I'll be able to launch them next Spring! I know that's a long way off, but it's always been something that fascinates me and I'd love to be able to try out all the different colours and smells. But who knows if that'll be possible or not yet? As I said, it's still in the process.
Another thing I've been working on is my hair accessory range. I went to add to this collection today, bows and all, and I discovered that I've lost my glue! How does one lose glue? I don't know, but I somehow managed to. I'll be uploading a sneak peak of these accessories very soon however and I'm launching the instagram and twitter pages for this website soon!
It's been a great experience so far- if I can say that after a day!- and I'm looking forward to how the rest of the week pans out.
