Today I ran out of some vital supplies in jewellery making, more specifically when it comes to bracelets and necklaces.
This week I've been making more jewellery than I have in a very long time and, as a result, I've ran out of clasps for the bracelets I've made. Today I spent four hours making a new style of bracelet I've been experimenting with and came to fasten it up and poof. I can't fasten them.
What I realised from this was just how much I've been making lately. Sometimes I go through so many supplies I don't remember that they run out, and now I'm stuck with a bunch of pieces that I can't complete. So that's on hold until I order more.
Nonetheless, I had another productive day. Aside from running out, I have found all the ingredients I need to make my soap products. I've set aside Wednesday next week to do this and I am so excited to try something I've always wanted to try. Hopefully it goes well!
Anyhow, another boring day at the office.

The First Day
Good afternoon!
After only just been launched yesterday, we've had so much interest. We had over 500 views on the page in the first 12 hours and the views are continuing to increase today. It's incredible and something I never expected so early. Thank you all for coming and having a browse, and I hope there's something that you'd like to buy. Go on, treat yourself ;)
Today I worked my first 'proper' shift for this venture. From 10-4 everyday I'll be working, on either researching new designs and methods of making, on actually doing the work and making the products. I've made several bracelets and earrings today, the earrings as part of a new range that I'm working on and will be launched shortly!
I've also spent a fair bit of today looking up new products I can make. Something I've been interested in for quite a while is the making of soaps, bath bombs and candles, so I have spent a lot of time researching not just the equipment needed and the methods, but also the legalities of it. As a line this is going to take some time to get up on the site because I need to get the making of it approved, but I definitely hope to be able to do this soon. I'll be trying out different recipes and techniques over the winter and, hopefully I'll be able to launch them next Spring! I know that's a long way off, but it's always been something that fascinates me and I'd love to be able to try out all the different colours and smells. But who knows if that'll be possible or not yet? As I said, it's still in the process.
Another thing I've been working on is my hair accessory range. I went to add to this collection today, bows and all, and I discovered that I've lost my glue! How does one lose glue? I don't know, but I somehow managed to. I'll be uploading a sneak peak of these accessories very soon however and I'm launching the instagram and twitter pages for this website soon!
It's been a great experience so far- if I can say that after a day!- and I'm looking forward to how the rest of the week pans out.

Welcome To Magically Yours Boutique!
Hello and welcome to Magically Yours Boutique!
This is a website that has been a long time in the making. I started making jewellery in the Summer of 2011 and it has been one of my most passionate hobbies ever since. I've finally decided to sell some of this jewellery and share it with the world!
All of the jewellery is handmade and if you have any questions about any of it, feel free to message me about it and we can discuss!
As well as jewellery, I have also made a few accessories such as hair bows which I hope to add to the website soon, as well as also branching out to home decorations lately, such as photo frames and decorated tea lights.
This is just a small venture for me, in the hopes of getting me through university a bit easier and I'd love to hear your feedback on any products you buy or like.
Currently the prices set are for UK but I will post to elsewhere too, I just need to know where to and I will find a price for you! I'm confident that it will be this same price to ship in and around Europe as well, however. US and rest of the world shipping may be more expensive. Any interest you have just let me know and I can check postage out for you!
